How fast can you pick up a STAT delivery?
In the Twin Cities metro our STAT pickup window is 30–90 minutes from the call, 24 hours a day. Rochester, St. Cloud, and Duluth are dispatched from the nearest staged driver — call (651) 357-7031 and dispatch will confirm an exact ETA before you hang up.
Are you really staffed 24/7?
Yes. Dispatch is live 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays. Overnight and holiday runs are standard work for us, not an exception.
Can I set up a recurring daily route?
Yes. Recurring routes — daily Monday–Friday, seven days a week, weekly, or twice weekly — are assigned to a dedicated driver so your staff sees the same face each run. You can request one on the booking page.
How do I track a delivery in progress?
Dispatch provides timestamped pickup and drop-off confirmations on every leg, with signature capture at delivery. For active runs, call dispatch for a live driver location.
Compliance & Handling
Are your drivers HIPAA trained?
Every driver completes HIPAA privacy training and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification before carrying a first route, with annual refreshers. We sign Business Associate Agreements with covered entities.
How do you handle cold chain specimens?
Refrigerated and frozen transport uses validated containers with continuous temperature logging and tamper-evident seals. Temperature records travel with the shipment and are available on request.
What can you transport?
Lab specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, medical records, imaging media, surgical instruments, and durable medical equipment. Category B biological substances are packaged and labeled to UN3373 standards.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry commercial auto, general liability, and cargo coverage. Certificates of insurance are issued to your facility on request during account setup.

What areas of Minnesota do you serve?
The Twin Cities metro is our full-service core, with regular coverage in Rochester and the Mayo corridor, St. Cloud, and Duluth. Long-haul runs between these markets are routine — ask dispatch about statewide legs.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on distance, service level, and frequency. STAT runs are quoted per delivery; recurring routes are priced as a flat monthly contract, which is almost always cheaper per stop. Submit a quote request and you'll receive a written service plan within two business hours.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. One-time and on-demand deliveries are welcome, and there is no minimum volume to open an account.
